On a cold winter Monday night, Weakened Friends brought their electric energy to the stage at The Meadows in NYC. The band, who are known for their catchy songs and enthusiastic live performances, delivered a show the crowd certainly won’t soon forget. The set was filled with cuts from across the band’s catalog, including “Main Bitch”, “Blue Again”, “Spew”, and their latest single “Awkward”. It was clear Weakened Friends has a very dedicated following, as the crowd sang and danced along to nearly every song. The band continually matched their fans’ excitement by jumping and skipping across the stage to interact with each other, and the crowd, every chance they got. “Thank you so much for coming out tonight! This is one of our favorite cities to play in, and we feel so fortunate to be here!” said the band during their set. If tonight’s show was any indication, it seems like NYC would gladly welcome Weakened Friends back with open arms anytime.

If you want to catch Weakened Friends live, the band are playing a string of west coast dates with Slothrust starting next month. You can check all their tour dates here.
