It’s been nearly ten years since I first heard Nothing More. The song ‘Jenny’ came on a channel I was listening to. Like so many other people including myself who’ve had “Jenny’s” in our lives, the emotional words of addiction and self destruction sung by vocalist Jonny Hawkins immediately overwhelmed my heart. Diving into everything else Nothing More had to offer I felt an intense relatable connection to the band. I’ve been lucky to have the opportunity to see them live many times since then, so when the band announced their current tour I knew this was a show I wouldn’t miss. The sold out concert at The Fillmore in Charlotte NC was everything I expected it to be, the thick crowd of people dancing and singing along with every word for nearly an hour.
Nothing More is currently on their North American tour with Wage War, Veil of Maya, and Sleep Theory.
