Four Year Strong brought their blend of pop-punk and hardcore punk to a sold out Amos’ Southend Saturday night with openers Free Throw, One Step Closer and Death Lens who all performed in front of a high energy crowd setting the stage for a great evening of music.
I have been a fan of Four Year Strong for many years since first hearing their song Heroes Get Remembered, Legends Never Die around 2007; I found their sound both catchy and aggressive with great drums and memorable riffs; not much has changed over the years. Four Year Strong‘s latest album, Analysis Paralysis, might be my favorite album from them yet. With hooks that pull you in and in my opinion some of their catchiest heavy riffs to date, Analysis Paralysis showcases why the band continues to appeal to fans across multiple genres.
This has been a memorable year for concerts around the region and Four Year Strong delivered as they sounded fantastic performing both old and new songs while fans gave them their full energy in return. Much respect to the venue’s security for keeping fans safe and creating a positive environment throughout the show. Four Year Strong is on tour through the end of November, don’t miss them if they play near you!
