EASTSIDE HOLIDAY 2022 AT TOMMY’S PUB

Tommy’s Pub, located in the Eastway Crossing shopping center in East Charlotte, is well established as one of the top venues in town to catch great live music: an excellent staff, great drink selection, ample parking, and FREE shows. Tommy’s hosts a wide variety of genre, from punk and metal to blues, funk, alt-country and everything in between. That’s what makes the Eastside Holiday shows at Tommy’s such a success, bringing so many great bands from varying genre together for an all day long festival. And Eastside Holiday 2022 was the biggest one yet. 15 bands and musicians, rotating back and forth between the “main stage” area and the “side stage” area for nearly 10 straight hours of non-stop live music. In addition to the incredible music, a vendor was brought in to keep everyone well fed. The festival also included a raffle, handing out great prizes all day long. The top prizes were multiple custom hand painted acoustic guitars, an electric guitar, and a bass guitar (which I won!). Eastside Holiday 2022 was definitely the place to be and I personally can’t wait for what 2023 will bring!
