Last week, doom/psych metal band REZN hit the stage at The Broadway in NYC. The band, who are on tour supporting their new album, Solace, brought their signature sound of heavy guitars, thumping rhythms, and killer sax riffs with full force. REZN kicked off their set with “Possession” (the lead single from Solace) before jumping into several cuts from across their discography, and eventually closing out with fan-favorite “Stasis” (another cut off the aforementioned album). The band played incredibly tight, and with the presence of seasoned musicians who clearly know how to get a room of metal-heads excited about a show. The group was also extremely appreciative of their fans, taking the time to say hello and thank you to any fan that approached the stage after the show while they were breaking down their gear.
