Deathcore giants Lorna Shore performed to an energetic sold out crowd this past week at The Ritz in Raleigh, North Carolina. The tour stop was part of their current 2026 North American Tour covering a large amount of the United States and portions of Canada. Having recently released their latest album, I Feel the Everblack Festering Within Me, in September of 2025, the band has continued to tour constantly across the US and Europe with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. The album has also hailed memorable singles such as “Oblivion” and “Unbreakable” that have quickly launched the band to new heights in their career. Support for the tour includes rising Switzerland beatdown band, Paleface Swiss, as well as fellow deathcore band, Signs of the Swarm.
With a stage set-up that can only be described as dark and towering (in the best way possible), it set the tone perfectly for what was to come when Lorna Shore took the stage to a room full of cheering fans. Once the stage went dark, the intro to the “Oblivion” begin to ring out and vocalist, Will Ramos took center-stage and delivered the songs first lines with his signature guttural screams. The energy in the venue immediately climbed as the crowd surge from the opening of the most-pit began to push on those who braved the barricade.

Over the next 80 minutes the entire band delivered an unforgettable performance. Blasting drums from Austin Archey echoed throughout The Ritz creating a thundering undertone that seemed more fitting than ever. Guitarists Adam De Micco and Andrew O’Connor mesmerized everyone with their abilities to switch from hard-hitting riffs and solos to unbelievably heavy breakdowns. Adding to the overall thunderous roar that Lorna Shore’s music creates was bassist Michael Yager who’s low-end kept the room constantly shaking. However, the best part of this show to witness was the strong connection the audience had with the band. When they weren’t busy head-banging or screaming Ramos’s lyrics back at him, the concert-goers were all smiles as they watched the incredible performance of Lorna Shore. The band’s music is full of heavy breakdowns and dark lyricism, but the bright connection the band has with their fans is one that is hard to match.

Lorna Shore’s 2026 North American Tour has a few more stops including a festival date at Sonic Temple as they continue along the East Coast of the United States. However, the band will be back on the road beginning in July as direct support for Motionless In White on their “The Sweat and Blood Tour.” Head over to their website and social media to find a date near you and experience the raw talent and insane performance that is the band, Lorna Shore.
